Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in the Pharmaceutical Packaging Department, located at Aurobindo Pharma's facility in Hyderabad. The Senior Executive will manage day-to-day activities in the packaging department, such as overseeing packaging processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining regulatory standards, troubleshooting packaging issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Medicine and understanding of pharmaceutical packaging processes
  • Experience with Research and Clinical Trials relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of Medical Affairs and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with global standards
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for packaging and quality assurance
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Packaging Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical packaging or a similar role is highly preferred
