We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our growing travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel inquiries, promote tour packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound travel inquiries.
  • Explain tour packages, destinations, pricing, and travel itineraries.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to confirm bookings and handle special requests.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on current travel trends, destinations, and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in the travel industry).
  • Basic knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, holiday packages, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Freshers can apply
  • Hindi Knowledge is an added advantage

Education:

  • Graduate in Tourism, or any related field preferred.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary + incentives based on performance
