Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile company bank accounts; handle bank transactions and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate purchase processes by maintaining purchase records and following up with vendors.
  • Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy and proper stock accounting.
  • Keep organized and up-to-date files of financial documents including invoices, bills, payment receipts, and other records.
  • Prepare and maintain financial data records in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting and audits by providing required data and documentation.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow.

  • Support other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Miracle QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
