Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile company bank accounts; handle bank transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate purchase processes by maintaining purchase records and following up with vendors.
- Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy and proper stock accounting.
- Keep organized and up-to-date files of financial documents including invoices, bills, payment receipts, and other records.
- Prepare and maintain financial data records in accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and audits by providing required data and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow.
Support other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting or related roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Miracle QuickBooks, or similar).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
