Role & Responsibilities Beauty Advisor

Greet and engage customers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and application techniques to enhance customer experience.

Drive sales by achieving daily and monthly targets.

Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock levels at the counter/store.

Keep up to date with new product launches and promotions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Adhere to grooming standards and represent the brand with integrity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail, preferably beauty or cosmetics.

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.

Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of makeup application or skincare routines is a plus.

Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology is an added advantage.
