We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient professional to join our team as an L1 & L2 Support Engineer for our aftersales vehicle diagnostics tool chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics systems, tools, and workflows, and will be responsible for analyzing, resolving, and escalating support tickets related to the diagnostics tool chain. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues reported by end-users, service centers, and internal stakeholders.
