Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring experienced and certified Surgery Medical Coders & QA professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Surgery coding and the ability to ensure high-quality, compliant coding in accordance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assign accurate medical codes for surgical procedures based on operative reports and documentation.
- Ensure coding compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain coding accuracy standards (for QA role).
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve coding queries.
- Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently.
- Stay updated with current coding trends, payer requirements, and compliance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Surgery Coding (mandatory).
- Must be a certified coder (CPC / COC / CCS or equivalent).
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical procedures.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Stable employment history preferred.
Compensation:
- Surgery Coder: Up to 50,000/month
- QA: Up to 1,00,000/month
