Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring experienced and certified Surgery Medical Coders & QA professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Surgery coding and the ability to ensure high-quality, compliant coding in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assign accurate medical codes for surgical procedures based on operative reports and documentation.
  • Ensure coding compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
  • Conduct quality audits and maintain coding accuracy standards (for QA role).
  • Collaborate with physicians and team members to resolve coding queries.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently.
  • Stay updated with current coding trends, payer requirements, and compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Surgery Coding (mandatory).
  • Must be a certified coder (CPC / COC / CCS or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Stable employment history preferred.

Compensation:

  • Surgery Coder: Up to 50,000/month
  • QA: Up to 1,00,000/month
