About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing and Salesforce environments. The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our product quality standards by designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development teams to ensure a flawless end-user experience.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.  At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (manual testing required).  Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.  Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities  Test Case Design: Develop detailed and structured test cases aligned with business requirements and user stories.  Execution & Reporting: Execute test cases, document results systematically, and report defects with clarity and follow-ups.  Regression & Sanity Testing: Perform comprehensive testing to ensure platform stability during new releases.  Training & Documentation: Maintain QA documentation, create training materials, and assist in user or client training sessions as needed.

Work Arrangement  Immediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum).  Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you'll work from home — requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.  From January 2026, this role will transition to on-site at our Kolkata office, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. � �
