Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated
Backend Developer

Key Responsibility:

  • Architect and develop robust, high-performance web applications using
    Laravel (8+)
    ,
    PHP
    , and
    modern JavaScript
    .
  • Ensure optimal database performance, tuning, and optimization.
  • Implement and manage caching technologies (e.g.,
    Redis
    ,
    Memcached
    ) and queue management tools (
    Laravel Horizon
    ).
  • Utilize
    Git
    for version control, collaborating in pull request review processes.
  • Work with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and
    DevOps tools
    (e.g.,
    Docker
    ,
    AWS
    ,
    DigitalOcean
    ) for continuous deployment and application management.
  • Lead development efforts, from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Develop and consume
    RESTful APIs
    using technologies like
    AJAX
    and
    Axios
    .
  • Collaborate with frontend developers using modern tooling (e.g.,
    npm/yarn
    ,
    Webpack
    ,
    Babel
    ).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience
    working with
    Laravel
    or similar MVC PHP frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in
    OOP
    principles, design patterns, and
    service-oriented architectures
    .
  • Proven experience in
    database performance tuning
    and optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in
    caching
    (e.g.,
    Redis
    ,
    Memcached
    ) and
    queue management
    (e.g.,
    Laravel Horizon
    ).
  • Proficiency in
    Git
    flow and
    pull request review processes
    .
  • Experience with
    CI/CD
    ,
    Docker
    , and cloud environments (e.g.,
    AWS
    ,
    DigitalOcean
    ).
  • Familiarity with
    NodeJS
    and
    Python
    for backend integration.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies like
    AJAX
    ,
    Axios
    , and
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend tooling (e.g.,
    npm/yarn
    ,
    Webpack

    ).
