Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or email.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Grooming training and new interns.

Preferred candidate profile

completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Note: Based on internship performance, a full-time job offer will be provided with a salary ranging from 0 to 10K.
