Key Responsibilities

Digital PR & Editorial Engagement

  • Assist in identifying and building media opportunities (traditional & digital)
  • Engage with podcasters, online media platforms, and influencers
  • Track and contribute to digital media stories relevant to business verticals

Internal Communication

  • Support in drafting and executing internal campaigns, newsletters, and leadership messages
  • Coordinate with business functions for internal updates and success stories

Content Development

  • Create and edit quality content for press releases, blogs, internal mailers, award entries, and LinkedIn updates
  • Ensure messaging is aligned with brand voice and business objectives

Awards & Recognition

  • Research and identify relevant industry awards and recognitions
  • Prepare, compile, and submit nominations in collaboration with business teams

Social Media, Website & Wikipedia

  • Draft content and coordinate updates for corporate social media channels and the company website
  • Maintain a content calendar for regular and relevant updates
  • Support in enhancing the Groups digital presence, including updating and monitoring the brand's Wikipedia page in line with editorial standards

Key Skills Required

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Basic knowledge of digital PR tools and media tracking
  • Reasonable content writing and editorial abilities
  • Understanding of Wikipedia editing and digital reputation management is a plus
  • Awareness of the financial services domain is desirable
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and CMS for website coordination
  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines
