Job Summary: The Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is ahigh performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the statusquo and drives innovation. In this role you will analyse complex business problemsto be solved with re -engineered processes and automated technology solutions.You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross -functional teams toaddress business or systems issues. Job Responsibilities: -Works closely with Lam Global Operations teamsto understand and support their operational needs to determine the besttechnology solution -Provide analysis and deep insights to businessneeds and challenge and enable the best fit and technology solution -Deep understanding of interaction, dependenciesand alignment of different corporate initiatives, business unit, and ITstrategies -Architect and design business processes andsystems solutions in support of business objectives -Deep expertise in end to end Procure to Payprocesses, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP,Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing,etc.), Sub -contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Inbound logistics,Costing, Supplier invoicing, etc. andSupplier Collaboration, e.g., forecast, inventory, PO management, Costing,Capacity availability, Constraints, etc. -Ability to connect multiple operations domains(Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and theirinterdependencies with Procurement . -Collaborate with the business unit inleveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier. -Collaborationsystems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards,Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organization's future -statebusiness capabilities . -Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst,Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience,including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade -ffs, andits impact to Lam Operations. -Ability to understand business functionalityand translate into business use cases . -Experience with both waterfall and agileproject management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilitiesduring various project phases including: o Requirements (Validation and Alignment) o Design (Blueprint and Spec) o Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping,Configuration, and Unit testing) o Test (Integration testing and User acceptancetesting) o Training/Documentation o Deploy (Cutover, Go Live) o Run (Post mortem, Hypercare) -Able to manage multiple projects with competingpriorities . -Demonstrated cross functional team leadershipexperience. -Must be able to demonstrate the skills andability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside theimmediate team. MinimumQualifications: · Bachelor's degree in computer science,Technology, Operations or equivalent work experience · 10+ years overall SAP experience with 8+ yearsof experience in ECC (MM, ) · Demonstrated expertise across multipleenterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms · Have led more than one end -to -endimplementation program, that included: Analysis, design, configuration,development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion · Strong problem solving and analytical/criticalthinking skills · Strong oral and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal and stakeholdermanagement skills · Ability to work independently or with limiteddirectionAdditionalQualifications: -Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboardingtools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform -Comfortable working with large data sets in MSExcel and querying language like SQL is a plus
