  • Appointment Scheduling:Setting up property viewings and coordinating with the sales team to facilitate client visits.
  • CRM Management:Updating and maintaining accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales data in a CRM system.
  • Sales Support:Following up on existing leads and inquiries to nurture them into sales opportunities for the sales team.
  • Market Awareness:Keeping up-to-date on current property listings and market trends to provide informed responses to clients.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Persuasion: A confident and persuasive approach to drive sales conversions and handle customer objections.
