Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Lucknow with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality control. Responsibilities also include managing resources efficiently, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring the implementation of safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
  • Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking to address on-site challenges efficiently
  • Technical knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and site operations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors, vendors, and the design team
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, project management software, or other related platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience in supervising interior design or fit-out projects is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup with both on-site presence and remote task completion
