About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python, SQL, AWS, and a passion for building intelligent, scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG frameworks.
•
Work on Agentic AI to create autonomous reasoning and decision-making agents.
•
Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
•
Build and maintain ETL pipelines for large datasets using Python and SQL.
•
Deploy and optimize AI/ML models on AWS cloud infrastructure.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business.
•
Continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
•
Keep up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
2+ years of experience in Data Science and AI/ML.
•
Strong programming skills in Python and solid SQL knowledge.
•
Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG implementations.
•
Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and EC2.
•
Understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Good to Have
•
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
•
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for AI model deployment.
•
• Prior experience in building AI-powered assistants, chatbots, or autonomous agents.
