Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Health Care Associate for a Company in  Navi Mumbai (Turbhe )location.

Role:
Probe patients during a telephonic conversation in order to understand their needs. Provide a Digital Therapeutics solution to them with a consultative approach and convert the leads.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient's requirement, assess the same, and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution


• Obtain and record customer details in the system including reaction to the solutions offered


• Coordinate with internal stakeholder for smoother & faster execution


• Diligently communicate and prime the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls


• Intense follow up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle


• Achieve targets in a performance-driven competitive environment

Soft Skills:


• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch in a consultative manner


• Confident and result-driven who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment


• Empathetic with good listening

skills Eligibility:


• Telesales experience of 18month or more (at one organization)


• Excellent communication skills in English


• Candidate worked in renowned call centers will be given preference

Note : 

CTC: 2.5-4Lacs+Good Incentive

Working days: Monday- Saturday (with alternate Sunday working & weekly off)

Working hours: Shift A: 9 am-6 pm, Shift B: 12 pm to 9 pm. Work from home till the current situation gets normalized
