AC Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical lessons on air conditioning systems (residential and commercial).
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Teach topics including refrigeration cycles, system diagnostics, installation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Supervise and assess students during hands-on training activities.
• Ensure the training environment complies with safety standards.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career advice to students.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Coordinate with the program head and industry partners for curriculum updates and student placement.
• Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7–8 years of practical experience
• Teaching or training experience (preferred).
• Certification from a recognized vocational training authority (e.g., NCVT, SCVT) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
