- Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of GenAI/NLP engineers, driving performance, growth, and collaboration. ● Define the technical roadmap for scaling GenAI applications in healthcare. ● Drive architecture and design decisions for LLM-powered, RAG, and AI agent systems. ● Oversee deployment, monitoring, and cost optimization of production AI/ML systems. ● Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions. ● Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT). ● Build an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture that balances innovation and delivery. Requirements: ● 3+ years hands-on experience with GenAI/LLMs/Deep Learning. ● 2+ years of people management experience (teams of 5–10 engineers). ● Strong engineering background in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ● Expertise in NLP, transformers (e.g., BERT), GANs, or related architectures. ● Experience deploying production-scale AI/ML systems with monitoring and MLOps practices. ● Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders. ● Bonus: Experience with healthcare technology, regulated industries, or medical coding standards.
