Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Sales Manager will oversee the execution of sales strategies and meeting target for 3 Wheeler Retail Finance to meet and exceed revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, leading a sales team, analyzing market trends and competitors, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales goals. The role involves interaction with Banks, NBFC . creating sales forecasts, delivering presentations, coordinating with other departments, and establishing a customer-centric approach to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including expertise in creating strategies to meet sales goals and a proven ability to close deals
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to inspire, guide, and manage sales teams toward achieving targets
  • Customer Relationship Management and Interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to assess trends, identify prospects, and boost sales performance
  • Business Communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the machinery or green energy industry, is highly desirable
  • Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and travel when required
