We are seeking a meticulous and efficient professional to handle bilingual (Hindi & English) typing, data entry, and general office administration during 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role offers a monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹21,000 and requires a Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bilingual Typing: Accurately type letters, reports, and documents in Hindi (Unicode/Kruti Dev) and English with speed and precision.
  • Document Handling: Scan, print, format, and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and layout.
  • Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, backup files, perform general office tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Typing Speed: Approximately 30–35 WPM in both Hindi and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
  • Experience: Ideally 1 year in a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant skills may be considered.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, time management, reliability, and ability to handle confidential data.
