Brief JD

Project Management:

Lead network infrastructure projects from planning to implementation.

Collaborate with other IT teams on cross-functional projects.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Vendor Management:

Evaluate and manage network hardware and software vendors.

Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Network Security:

Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.

Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.

Manage firewall configurations and access controls.

Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)

Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)

Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Wireshark)

Experience with network security concepts and best practices

Educational Criteria : 3 Yrs Engineering Diploma or BE /Btech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science or Information Technology with above 5 years of experience in relevant field with Global Certification in CISCO or Aruba on NAC (ISE/ClearPass)

Global Certification ITIL/PMP, CCNA/CCNP
