Role & responsibilities

  • GST Compliance

Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

Reconciliation of GST input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B/2A.

Ensuring timely payment of GST liabilities and managing GST portal activities.

Handling GST refunds, notices, assessments, and liaising with tax authorities.

  • Taxation

Assisting in direct and indirect tax compliance (Income Tax, TDS, Advance Tax, etc.).

Preparation of tax audit reports and supporting statutory audits.

Keeping updated with changes in tax laws and advising management on implications.

Assisting in tax planning to optimize liabilities and ensure compliance.

  • Accounting & Reporting

Preparing MIS reports related to tax compliance.

Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.

Ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of tax records.
