
Management Information System Officer

- Design, build, and maintain dashboards for management reporting using BI tools such as
- Power BI or Tableau.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and transform large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Create and document process flows, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script) to streamline workflows within Google Workspace.
- Manage databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility of information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports.
- Present data insights in an easy-to-understand format to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any data or reporting issues.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies
• Graduate degree in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related discipline).
• 3–7 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and strong data visualization skills.
• Strong expertise in Google Apps Script and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of database management and data modeling principles.
• Strong skills in data analysis, cleaning, and transformation.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
