We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Production & Labour Management Executive to oversee day-to-day factory operations, production activities, and workforce management. The candidate will ensure smooth production flow, quality control, and effective coordination between departments and labour teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the shop floor.
  • Manage and coordinate factory labour, ensuring discipline and productivity.
  • Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory regulations.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and quality teams for raw materials and product quality.
  • Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
  • Resolve operational or manpower issues efficiently.
