Role Description

This is a full-time Designer role at Elevare Talent Solutions, located on-site in Thane. The Designer will be responsible for creating visual content, overseeing design projects from conception to delivery, and ensuring brand consistency across all designs. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality creative materials. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for websites, social media, print and digital advertising, and other marketing collateral. The Designer will also conduct research on design trends and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and typography
  • Ability to create engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms
  • Experience with web design and an understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Experience in branding and marketing would be advantageous
