Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years

Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduation

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated employee who can adapt to different situations and support business operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to work at the when required, especially during emergencies or when another employee is on leave. The ability to manage shifts and ensure smooth store operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders

Ø Preparing food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards

Ø Maintaining food safety and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles

Ø Managing stock and inventory efficiently

Ø Handling customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Ø Running store operations smoothly in the absence of other employees

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 6 years in the coffee chain industry (Food & QSR industry preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Effective time management
  • Knowledge of food safety and stock management
