Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional with 610 years of experience, currently working in Kerala within a hospital, fertility, or healthcare brand. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in driving patient acquisition, managing ROI-driven campaigns, and executing regional marketing strategies tailored for South India, especially Kerala.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive digital patient acquisition through performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates).
  • Plan and manage SEO, SEM, and content strategies with a focus on regional and vernacular markets.
  • Execute hyperlocal campaigns across Kerala, ensuring strong lead quality and conversions.
  • Manage brand reputation and online reviews across Google, Practo, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative, medical, and operations teams to deliver healthcare-sensitive communication.
  • Oversee vendor/agency management and ensure cost-efficient lead generation.
  • Analyze performance reports, monitor KPIs (CPL, CAC, registrations, bookings), and optimize campaigns.
  • Extend support to omnichannel marketing, including CRM, SEO, and call center integration.
  • Guide team members and share cross-functional expertise across CRM, SEO, and digital channels.

Key Requirements

  • 610 years of digital marketing experience in healthcare (hospitals, fertility chains, or healthcare retail).
  • Currently working in Kerala in a healthcare hospital/brand.
  • Proven track record of managing performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of patient journeys, healthcare communication, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO, and CRM dashboards.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Malayalam language skills are a strong advantage.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with fertility treatment chains, multispecialty hospitals, or healthcare retail in South India.
