We are a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, and corporate gifting solutions, known for quality craftsmanship and customized designs. As we expand our client base in Delhi, we are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing us in client meetings across Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate and institutional sectors
- Meet sales targets through consultative selling and client relationship management
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain up-to-date client records and sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements:
- Male candidates.
- Experience: 1-2 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in B2B & B2C industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Delhi for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 18, ,000 per month (maximum, depending on experience)
- Attractive incentive structure.
- Travel expenses will be reimburse for client meetings.
- Metro pick & drop facility provided ( nearest station to office )
