Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BCM at Truhome Finance Limited, located in Bikaner. The BCM will be responsible for daily branch operations, customer relationship management, loan processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional tasks include managing a team, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in branch operations and customer relationship management
• Experience in loan processing, sales, and target achievement
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
