About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and skilled content writer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, experience with writing influencer scripts, short form and long form content and a collaborative spirit to work closely with the in-house team and the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, brainstorm ideas, and craft compelling scripts for videos across various platforms.
- Modify scripts to suit different formats such as short-form (Instagram Reels) and long-form (YouTube, DVCs etc.).
- Create content that resonates with the target audience while staying aligned with platform trends.
- Portray the brand authentically and consistently across all video content.
- Uphold a tone and style aligned with brand values to build trust and audience loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter, Script Writer, or similar role.
- Exceptional command of English and strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, persuasive, and creative messaging.
- Familiarity with digital content strategy (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience writing influencer-driven content or collaborating with creators.
- Understanding of social media trends, virality triggers, and platform algorithms.
- Ability to ideate and contribute creatively beyond writing (campaign ideas, hooks, etc.).
- Portfolio showcasing diverse formats – blogs, scripts, ad copies, and social media content.
