Visualiser - 3D

The candidate will support the Visualization Lead (Property & Buildings UK) and will be involved in the production of visualization content for our clients day-to-day. These can range from public consultation photomontages to 4D visualizations of international airport projects externally, as well as internal CG content and immersive experiences to support the exposure of key marketing themes.

A typical week would include:

• Assist clients in developing the most suitable solutions to their needs & requirements within the sphere of visualization.
• Contribute to the development of new services within the VIA and Digital Services teams.
• Support other teams and disciplines with the visual aspects of their marketing and business development projects.
• Build relationships with existing clients and undertake business development activities to lead and secure new work.

• Personal development and research of emerging technologies to be implemented on projects.

• A clear understanding of the use of visualisation in the AEC industry.

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus.
• Interpersonal skills, especially to help people through the briefing and delivery of a visualisation project.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise.
• A passion for quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivery.
• Core 3D Visualisation skills including 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, basic animation, photography, and composition skills.
• Experience using 3DS Max, Unreal Engine or Unity, V-Ray or Corona, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office to a competent level as minimum.
• Experience in the development of Real-Time and Extended Reality projects as desirable.
