Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization's network.
  • Establish service level agreements with end users.
  • Provide end user support for all Volante employees globally.
  • Manage Software and Hardware Inventory and continuously monitor licensing compliance.
  • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
  • Should be Flexible to work in shifts for 24/5
  • Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
  • Backup and disaster recovery management.
  • Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent network activities.
  • Oversee the administration/provisioning of user accounts, permissions, and access.
  • Provide guidance to junior members of the team.
  • Define, Measure and Meet Key Operational Metrics
  • Maintain and operate IT infrastructure per established processes
  • Managing Active Directory (AD) and DNS servers within the domain environment
  • Handling Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user and group provisioning.
  • Azure AD connector Knowledge (Hybrid Connector)
  • Experienced in SSO (Single Sign-On) setup using the SAML method for various applications.
  • End-to-end configuration and management of Microsoft Intune for both mobile and Windows devices.
  • Implementing access control using ManageEngine and Asset Explorer for application and device-level control.
  • Managing Microsoft Entra ID - Conditional access policies, Dynamic DL, Users audits logs
  • knowledge of O365 mailbox management, License assignment

Experience / Education

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure
  • Computer Science or/ Engineering Graduate

  • Experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc
  • Strong expertise in administration of both Windows / Linux infrastructure including server and client environments
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SVN and VMware etc
  • Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
