Picker/Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Pick dairy products as per order slips, check quality and expiry.
• Pack items properly, label, and prepare for dispatch under cold chain norms.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene & cleanliness, follow FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) for stock.
• Record/ report any damage, shortage or defects.
• Reliever Role: If a delivery rider is unavailable, assist in dispatch tasks or delivery duties as required (loading, helping with route, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications

• Physically fit, able to lift and move dairy crates/packaging.
• Basic reading/writing skills; ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail, fast, reliable.
• Experience in cold storage or perishable goods is a plus.
