Note: You have to travel to Saudi once in a years for 3-4 months.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a full-time SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our growing IAM team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ who are passionate about building secure, scalable identity governance solutions. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing IAM strategies that support enterprise security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and governance.
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems including AD, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, and cloud/SaaS applications.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and policies using BeanShell scripting and SailPoint's policy engine.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certifications, and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM integration across platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot identity provisioning and synchronization issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and enforce IAM best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
  • Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access certification, and provisioning.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification.
  • Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
