HTBG GLOBAL Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with a strong background in driving organic growth, optimizing website performance, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will also have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring a well-rounded approach to digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
  • Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
  • Track, analyze, and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console.
  • Develop effective link-building and outreach campaigns.
  • Research and suggest blog topics and content strategies aligned with SEO goals.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience with strong results.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
  • Expertise in keyword research, technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to create detailed SEO and paid ads performance reports and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO is an advantage.
