  • Proven track record in research and development of new dairy products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and quality control standards
  • Experience in managing and training a production team
  • Knowledge of microbiological and chemical testing methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in dairy industry
  • Proficiency in using dairy processing machinery and equipment
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
