Job Purpose: Associate - BoP is responsible for supporting the Site Head in executing BoP operations with a focus on achieving operational targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role involves detailed performance analysis, timely completion of maintenance tasks, and adherence to budgetary and operational plans. The Associate - BoP contributes to the overall efficiency and safety of plant operations by handling routine tasks, managing inventory, and supporting compliance and audit processes.
Business Processes and Strategic Planning:
Ensure monthly compliance with management systems (Legatrix, IMS, Business Excellence) across all sites.
Achieve annual operational performance targets (DPR, WPR, MPR, QPR, APR) as per the business plan for FY.
Achieve revenue and cost budget for FY at respective sites.
Operational Performance:
Achieve Performance Ratio (PR) and Plant Availability (PA) targets (approved for FY) v/s actual on a monthly basis.
Achieve Non tripping of feeder , USS Performanence , Switchgear and switchyard performanence on a periodic basis.
Analyze daily interruption records to act proactiovely and eliminate errors with help of robust RCA and CAPA process.
Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted per schedule and PM notifications are closed timely.
Coordination with Grid authorties, Regulatory.
Ensure MTTR and increase MTBF with agreed exclusions and corrections applied.
Inventory and Financial Management:
Ensure timely monthly invoice booking and JMR upload on the online portal.
Maintain accurate material consumption and booking on a monthly basis.
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring zero deviation in O&M audit points and timely HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) processes.
Safety and Compliance:
Achieve zero accidents and Lost Time Injuries (LTIs) at the site.
Develop and implement processes and systems to maintain safety consciousness and culture in the business.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and targets of leading indicators, including timely completion of safety audits and training.
Operational Efficiency:
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis to meet operational targets.
Ensure on-time closure of all audit points as per agreed timelines between O&M and Audit teams.
Develop relevant processes and systems to sustain operational efficiency and safety culture.
