Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct instructor-led training (ILT) in classroom, virtual, and onsite formats for technical and business users.
  • Deliver webinars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams and clients.
  • Customize training modules to match client requirements and learner proficiency levels.
  • Apply adult learning principles and modern engagement techniques for effective knowledge transfer.

Courseware Design & Development:

  • Develop and update training materials, e-learning content, PowerPoint presentations, lab exercises, and process flows.
  • Partner with consulting and technical teams to create functional and end-user training plans.
  • Utilize LMS platforms, digital tools, and interactive content for blended learning experiences.

Technical Administration & Support:

  • Manage and maintain training environments, virtual labs, and IT equipment.
  • Support software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for learners.
  • Handle scanner/peripheral setup, document management, and data extraction workflows.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with internal teams (Consulting, Engineering, Technical Support) to align training with evolving products.
  • Gather client feedback and drive continuous improvement in training delivery and materials.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction score above 90%.
  • High course completion and engagement rates.
  • Timely, quality-driven delivery of assigned training sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Training & Facilitation:

  • Proven experience in corporate or technical training (classroom & online).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methods.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Windows / Mac OS / Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with network administration, IP configuration, and secure device communication.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integration with Microsoft Office / cloud storage solutions.
  • Understanding of user access management, data security, and compliance standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner with a passion for technology and teaching.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering software-based technical or functional training to adult learners.
  • Willingness to travel for client and onsite training sessions.
