Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 6 Days/Week (2 Saturdays off/month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Windows Forms (WinForms) applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, reviewing code and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Plan and allocate tasks within the team, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Implement and manage event-driven programming models.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC.
  • Work with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) including optimization and complex queries.
  • Design, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
  • Conduct and oversee unit testing, debugging, and API testing using tools like NUnit, Postman, and Visual Studio.
  • Collaborate across teams (technical, QA, and business) to align deliverables with project goals.
  • Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub.
  • Provide technical solutions and resolve escalated issues in development projects.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in .NET development.
  • In-depth expertise in Windows Forms, Events, and OOP concepts.
  • Proven experience in leading a development team or managing projects.
  • Proficient in SQL and REST API development.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Exposure to RFID technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
