Full Stack Developer
 who can independently drive development, take ownership, and guide a small team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong full-stack engineer with deep experience in JavaScript or Python-based ecosystems. Working experience with 
Django
-
your broader full-stack, system design, and leadership capabilities matter more.

This role involves working on end-to-end product development, architectural planning, scalable system implementation, and mentoring junior developers.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using 

     and 
  • Own the entire development lifecycle: 
    architecture → development → deployment → optimization
  • Deploy applications using 
    Docker (mandatory)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior developers
  • Design and implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Work closely with leadership to plan tech roadmaps and ensure timely delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain code quality

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience
     as a Full Stack Develope
  • Strong in 
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    , with hands-on experience in frameworks like 
    / React /
  • Working experience with 
    Django
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as 
    or NestJS
  • Strong understanding of databases: 
    MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
  • Practical experience with 
    Docker-based deployment
  • Ability to design basic system architectures
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code-quality mindset
  • Ability to 
    lead tasks and coordinate with team members

Good to Have

  • Experience with 
    AWS / GCP / Vercel
  • Understanding of 
    CI/CD pipelines
     (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Experience with 
    microservices
    , caching systems, or performance optimization
  • Knowledge of basic DevOps practices
