Role & responsibilities
Responsible for conducting analyses and reporting for finance functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance.
Provide support to departments for analyses and reporting, including annual budgeting process.
Accountable for executing department wise planning and forecasting expenses, P&L and other financial reports.
Responsible for preparing other ad-hoc financial analyses as & when required or as assigned.
Manage or perform periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed from management or to satisfy external client or audit requests;
Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the companys objectives in the areas of billing, contract compliance and reporting, indirect cost recovery, financial reporting and analysis.
Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives to the management.
Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.
