Generate sales invoices (cash & credit) accurately Ensure correct GST, HSN codes, discounts, and rates Prepare credit notes / debit notes when required Verify purchase and sales entries for accuracy Documentation & Records Maintain daily billing registers and files Update invoices in Tally / ERP / billing software Ensure proper filing of physical & digital documents GST & Compliance Support Assist in GST returns preparation (GSTR-1, sales data) Reconcile sales with e-way bills Maintain compliance-related billing documents Customer & Sales Coordination Coordinate with sales team for pricing & offers Share invoice copies and statements with customers Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries Accounts Coordination Support accounts team in ledger reconciliation Track credit invoices and share pending bill details Assist in collection follow-ups (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
