Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and develop new menu items, considering seasonal ingredients, dietary preferences, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards for the well-being of staff and guests.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and quality, implementing portion control to minimize food waste.
  • Supervise kitchen operations during peak hours, providing guidance and training to junior staff as needed.
  • Assist in managing kitchen expenses by controlling inventory, reducing food waste, and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and culinary techniques to enhance menu offerings continuously.
  • Accommodate special dietary requests and cater to guest preferences with flexibility and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques.
