Job Description (JD) – AutoCAD DraughtsmanAn AutoCAD Draughtsman is tasked with preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and designs using AutoCAD and various drafting tools. This position necessitates close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to convert design concepts into precise drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and modify 2D/3D drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.Collaborate with architects/engineers to understand design requirements.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and standards.Maintain updated drawing records, revisions, and documentation.Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and as-built drawings.Coordinate with site engineers and consultants for design clarifications.Ensure timely delivery of drawings aligned with project schedules.Key Result Areas (KRA)Drawing Accuracy & QualityDeliver error-free, precise, and compliant drawings.Timely Delivery of DrawingsEnsure all required drawings are completed within deadlines.Collaboration & CoordinationMaintain effective communication with project teams, architects, and engineers.Documentation & Records ManagementMaintain systematic records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.Support for Project ExecutionProvide accurate working drawings and updates for smooth site execution.Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Accuracy of Drawings% of drawings approved without revisions.
