Quality Analyst

• A Quality Analyst ensures products and services meet quality standards through testing, analysis, and monitoring of processes. Key responsibilities include developing quality procedures, conducting tests to identify defects, analyzing data to find trends, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and documenting findings. Essential skills for a Quality Analyst are strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with familiarity with quality management principles, testing tools, and relevant industry standards. Key Responsibilities
• Testing & Evaluation: Conduct quality assurance audits, testing, and evaluations of products, software, or processes to ensure they align with established benchmarks and regulations.
• Data Analysis: Compile and analyze statistical data and metrics to identify quality issues, trends, and patterns, using the findings to drive improvements.
• Problem Solving & Improvement: Identify defects, inconsistencies, and potential risks, and collaborate with development, engineering, and customer service teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall quality.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, test results, known defects, and solutions.
• Process Development: Develop, implement, and update quality assurance procedures, protocols, and guidelines to maintain consistent high standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on quality performance, test findings, and recommended improvements to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all products and processes adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Essential Skills
