Asst. Professor

• delivering training & development programs for students in the areas of Verbal & Non- Verbal Skills, Soft Skills & Interpersonal Skills;
• delivering lectures and tutorials for English & Business Communication subjects;
• developing student's personal attributes required of a confident & competent professional in today's workplace;
• developing and implementing new methods of teaching;
• designing, preparing and developing teaching materials;
• assessing students' coursework;
• setting and marking examinations;
• supporting students through an advisory role;
• supervising students' activities;
• carrying out administrative tasks assigned from time to time;
• representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: M.A in English (preferred) / MBA

• Previous experience in corporate training / ELT coaching / BPO sector is desired;
• Must be able to demonstrate adequate proficiency in communication skill training, team building, motivational training, business writing skill, behavioral training etc.;
• Must be proficient in use of IT resources, language lab tools;
• As per UGC Norms. Candidates without Masters Degree need not apply. All criteria as per UGC guidelines must be fulfilled.
