Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Co-Founder, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Technical Co-Founder will be responsible for leading the technical vision and development of the company's products. Day-to-day tasks include managing the software development lifecycle, overseeing technical teams, conducting code reviews, developing and maintaining technical architecture, and ensuring scalability of the software solutions. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with the executive team to align technical strategies with business goals, mentoring junior developers, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Software Development, Coding, and Technical Architecture skills
- Experience in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Code Reviews
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the AI/ML domain is a plus
- Previous startup experience is a plus
