Job Title: Python FastAPI Developer

Location: Gurugram / Bangalore

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in FastAPI to build high-performance APIs and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable RESTful services, integrating databases, and deploying production-ready backend applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI framework).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • Integrate applications with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB).
  • Work closely with front-end developers and DevOps teams for seamless deployment.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of existing services.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
  • Expertise in FastAPI (must have).
  • Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and Pydantic models.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and OpenAPI / Swagger documentation.
  • Knowledge of unit testing (Pytest, Unittest).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
  • Working understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).Role & responsibilities
