Experience : 3+ years of exp in investment analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, preferably in investing venture capital and private equity.Qualifications : CA or CFA Salary : LPA Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of potential investments, including financial modelling, market research, and assessment.• Develop investment theses and present recommendations to senior management and investment committees.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, ensuring they meet both financial and impact objectives.• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on investment performance, market trends, and impact outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.• Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their growth and impact objectives, providing strategic guidance and resources as needed.• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in impact investing and socially responsible investing.• Assist in the development and refinement of impact measurement frameworks and methodologies to assess and report on the social and environmental impact of investments.• Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and other content to communicate the impact and value of the investment portfolio to a broad audience.
