Position Overview:
Zenni Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Promote Zenni Pharmaceutical's products to healthcare professionals including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Market Research: Collect and report feedback from medical professionals about the products and market conditions to assist in strategy formulation.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure accurate and effective communication.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively driving sales strategies.
- Reporting: Regularly report sales activities, market insights, competitor activities, and client feedback to management.
- Product Training: Conduct training sessions for doctors and medical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the product benefits and proper usage.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards in promoting and selling products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in medical sales or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare sector.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required as the role involves traveling within the assigned territory.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be 28 years and above.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, with flexible hours based on client appointments and field visits.
- Compensation: Performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
