About the Opportunity

Kastech SSG is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Consultant with strong expertise in Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS / EPBCS) and preferably Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS). The ideal candidate will be able to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling solutions for enterprise customers.

You Will:

  • Design and configure Oracle EPM Planning applications, including data models, forms, business rules, and calculation scripts.
  • Develop driver-based planning models, allocations, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage PCMCS model development for cost allocation and profitability analysis (if applicable).
  • Work with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and user training.

You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion, with at least 6+ years in Cloud Planning (PBCS / EPBCS).
  • Strong understanding of finance and FP&A processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing).
  • Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management / FDMEE.
  • Knowledge of PCMCS or FCCS is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup with excellent communication skills.
